passport renewal

I needed to renew my US passport but didn't want to go to Bogota...Taxi's, airfares, more taxi's, hotel...what a hassle.

I found a Colombian man who was willing to get the job done on my behalf.
I assembled the doc's, photo's etc.
I deposited $ in his account to cover costs. He did it..took a photo of receipt, and the DHL return...he also mailed me back my old passport and uneccesary photo's. I knew this would be risky and was prepared to loose it all..this guy is a good guy..i gladly sent him $100....saved me time, and $
