paying US bills from Colombian accounts

Sorry if I am asking a super dumb question right now, but I just realized that my Colombian bank account with Banco Caja Social does not seem to have a routing number (?). I need this to pay some bills in the US, and the lady at Citibank basically told me I am going to have to wire money to my family in the US and have them pay the bills for me. Is this really the case? I mean, how do I pay my bills with the money I am making here? So confused...
