Taxes on US Real Estate

Situation: Dual citizenship, Colombian and US,

Question: I was told I now have to pay Colombian taxes on my real estate property located in the US. I already paid the US real estate taxes, I live 5 months in the US and 7 months in Colombia. I have been paying taxes in Colombia on the real estate I own there. My attorney in Colombia says things hac=ve changed...Please advise.. Thank you.
