Advice from others on Cartagena/ Santa Marta.

Hi All.

I'm a british expat currently living in Panama but about to make my 1st trip to Colombia.

Won a free week all inc and flight at a Decameron. Either Catagena or Santa Marta.

Looking for advice for a single 64 yr old male with no real interest in chasing young chicks,but would like to hook up with other expats in either area for civilised conversation.

Which area would you wonderful folks recomend for someone in my position.
