I am a 26 year old African American male. I am a tattoo artist, painter and photographer who is also certified to teach English abroad. One of my biggest hobbies is organizing/promoting private exclusive parties. I have visited bogota and Cali, and this month heading to medelin and cartegena to finalize where I will live beginning in march. I do speak Spanish fluently. Given my description, in your opinions, what would be the better choice of destinations along with some supporting reasons as to why. Thanks for your help!!!
