Vehicle Tax

I just found out that I have to pay taxes on the vehicle that I bought in the end of December 2012. This is new to me. I have over $6 million pesos in taxes, $3 million from 2012, and I only bought the vehicle used and picked it up on December 26th at Acura Motors in 2012. Does anyone have advice on how to deal with this?
