Medellin Supermarkets and Gymnasiums

Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays!

I hope this finds you well and in good cheer.

I will be visiting Medellin soon (February and March 2019) and this will be my first visit there. My apartment is situated on Calle 48 near the Las Palmas district in Medellin. I was wondering if anyone would recommend a good supermarket chain to shop at, and gymnasium to workout at?
