Importing household belongings

I am hoping to ship some of my household and professional belongings - not furniture or appliances (other than a beloved espresso machine) - to Bogota. Primarily I want to ship books, personal files and art (much of it Colombian art that I have bought over the years,) and some photo equipment - a large printer and some lighting equipment. I am trying to get an idea of what I might need to pay import duty on, or not, and what I can do to avoid paying import duties.
