Criminal Background Check

Hello my friends, I’m finally going to apply for the M spousal visa in the very near future, from what we’ve been told in writing ,a criminal background check is now required including an apostle , also mentioned needing an apostle is bank statements or Pension certificate which is basically proof of a pension, what I wanted to ask since I’m trying to avoid a trip back to the states , is there a service in Colombia that helps expats with obtaining these documents including an apostle, I’ve had many background checks through my prior work but that was always done in person with fingerprints, any information is greatly appreciated. Thanks
