what are the risks of buying a piece of captured land, from someone who has maintained it? i know that sooner or later, the gov't is going to come around to every area and tax it..but in the meantime, what risks could i run into, if i buy a piece of land and put a little board house on it? i'd appreciate any input at all on thisl..thank you..
