i need help

hello all, im a 22 yr old female from the UK 4yrs ago my best friend was deported back to Jamaica and i have been to visit him twice, we fell in love bla bla and now all we want is to be together but we dont care where i will go to Jamaica to be with him or he will come here to be with me.
I need a little advice can i go to Jamaica without a visa? for longer than say 2weeks? Does he need a visa to come over here? Im so confused and i need help to figure out my next step, can anyone help me?
