How to move to and find work in Malaysia

Hi, my wife and I are looking to move to KL from London (UK)

I work as a credit analyst in an investment bank and my wife is a teacher

First questions really, but how could we go about getting jobs and obtaining work permits/visas etc. for Malaysia

Also, we have a 10month old daughter - so would really need to have accomodation in place before moving

We are very keen to move away from London to Malaysia and cannot express how much we loved it on our holidays there two years ago

Any help/advice appreciated, thanks
