Malaysia or Tanzania?

HI,
I and my husband have been contemplating moving to MALAYSIA or TANZANIA for some while now.
I was wondering if anybody has experience with relocating there and finding a job as a foreigner or start a little business?
I will appreciate if I could receive some valuable advice and information about living in Tanzania or Malaysia the requirements, cost of living, housing rentals, business prospects, and relevant info.
