Company: Our client is one of Europe’s best known brands. They have a loyal following of corporate and consumer customers that await the next releases of their hardware and software. They have developed a suite of products that are for personal computing, communications, integrated internet devices and home entertainment.

Role: Opportunities now exist at their Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) operations centre to support their Korean and Japanese customer base. As a member of the Korean or the Japanese technical support or customer service team you will support clients on product and technical activities that will include their full suite of personal and business software and hardware.

This is a role that will require troubleshooting, understanding of home entertainment, communications devices and an interest in technology.

Skills: The ideal candidate will possess Fluent Korean or Fluent Japanese and have 1st line technical support, helpdesk, IT Skills or a degree in computer science.
