How about Health Insurance

My wife and I are planning on relocating to Kuala Lumpur area under the MM2H program. Can someone tell us if we have to purchase private health insurance or will we have access to the government health program?

Also if we decide to purchase a used car, what will be an average cost we can expect for a used car and car insurance?
