Salary in malaysia

Hi all,
I need your help about salary in Malaysia

I'm working as an IT customer service quality executive in a call center  in Tokyo  (besides supporting customer by phone calls, email, I analyze customer satisfaction and create action plan for the team) I have 6 month experience on this job and finish training program to become a supervisor. Moreover, I have one year part time experience on IT sales.
I have MBA degree (graduated in Japan)

I have a offer for Japanese speaking IT help desk analyst in Malaysia. How much salary should  I asked for? My current salary is 230000yen??around 7500 MR) plus housing, transportation, OT allowances and Insurance). Is 7500 MR too high with my experiences in Malaysia?
