Looking for a timeshare condo in Penang

Will be making a 2nd visit to Malaysia in Nov. This time will be going to Penang. Looking to spend about 3 months/year in the future. Was wondering if a timeshare condo purchase would be advisable. I am a retired American with a home in the Philippines. Would like to make Malaysia my 2nd home if possible.
