retiring rehearsal

We (my husband and I) want to move to the north (we live in FL) in Seattle area, we think will be like a retiring rehearsal, we need a change. My husband is horticulturist and i have experience in customer services (bilingual) and i have a few questions:
Wich areas/city is a good option to move in Seattle/Washington? (no big city, good dinning options, sea food, outdoors activities, etc)
Where we can work in our areas?
