Travel Insurance

I've been living outside of the US and have Medicare Part A, but not Part B, and will need travel insurance that's reasonably priced. .World Normads looks good, but it's expensive, and there aren't many companies that cover the US (guessing because our health care is so expensive.) Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

A short addendum: I was recently reminded that some insurance companies, like World Nomads, do not provide insurance for people over 65. So, I am particularly interested in companies that insure people who are 66 and older.

Thanks again!
