Looking to move to Panama - Please Help

I am a Realtor in San Francisco and looking to move to Panama. I would like to find a job with a Real Estate company who would be interested in hiring someone like myself. I have lots of good contacts in the States of people interested in purchasing vacation homes or investing in Real Estate in Panama.

Can anyone reccomend how to find Real Estate firms that will hire an American to work in Panama? Can I sell real estate or do I need residency or a Visa? How hard is it to get a Visa to work in Panama?
