self employed business in Panama

I am a interested in living in Panama, semi-retired, but would still like to work my own business, as a cranial therapist who treats pain and injuries.

I would not be seeking actual employment nor would I be displacing local jobs.

Does any one have any experience or knowledge about this issue?
