Rental Home-realtor

My husband & I are planning to come to Panama in September to locate a place for our family to rent. We have been to Panama before & speak limited Spanish. We want to be in the mountains; i.e. boquete, volcan, el valle de anton, or maybe altos? We are looking for recommendations of a realtor and/or interpretor to hire to help in our search. We are not finding a lot of places online, so we're thinking it's best to just come down & hit the pavement. Observations on which of these towns is preferred, or any suggestions of other towns to check out would also be appreciated.
