Colombian citizen and U.S. permanent resident alien

My wife (Colombian citizen and U.S. permanent resident alien) and I (U.S. citizen) plan to visit the Panama City area Nov-Dec 2012 on a scouting trip. If all goes well and we like what we see, My Company has offices in Panama City and we will move to the Panama City area Jan 2014.

My wife has a Colombian passport, a green card, but no U.S. passport. She is not a U.S. citizen.

Does anyone know if she will need any additional documents when entering Panama as a tourist, i.e. local police report, etc. along with her Colombian passport?
