HI my name is carol and I have been on this forum for about a year watching and waitiing for my time to ask questions. I am impressed with the information given here on this forum. So I was wondering about how much it will cost me to set up in Boquete. I have planned to have 6,000. to set up and 2000. income monthly. Can this be done easily? We (hubby and I ) want to come and stay at least 6 months as an adventure and then will concider a longer stay if it works out. We would like to pay about 600 or so for furnished rental very near town as we will be walking. We are looking more for a B&B or apartment on ground floor, maybe a pool.
If you can help me make this final decision to go or not would be helpful.
How do we pay rent, is it all up front or do we pay monthly??
