Been to Chiriqui many times and have rented in Volcan/Paso Ancho for months at a time over the years. Speak Spanish and don't like purely expat ghettos.

So next trip will be to Azuera/Pedasi.

Interested on comments form those who live there. Good/bad ugly? Real Estate Agents, Lawyers (Property Purchase and Jub./Pens. Visa), Property Managers. Will be looking for purchase there over the July-August period--(Renting).

Any thoughts suggestions and comments would be most appreciated. Perhaps we could meet up for local color and info. too.

We will continue to have US base for HC, taxes, etc. Experienced as have lived in more than 6 countries over the years.
