Non-EU Parents living with Non-EU work-permit/residence holder?

Hi

I have been offered a job in a good global telco, in Poland. I will get a work-permit and a residence-permit once I start here. I am a non-EU citizen (Pakistan)

I was wondering if it is possible for my parents to live with me, based on the fact that I have a Poland work-permit and a residence-permit?

I understand it may be possible for them to visit on a Schengen visa for upto a 3-month duration during a 6-month period but is it possible to get them residence permits as well?

My parents, like most people in their 30s, are not that good health-wise and I would like them to live with me so I can take care of them
