Preparing to move to Cracow

Good day to all,

I am a US citizen who is wishing to move to Cracow. I am looking for someone who has gone through this experience as I have done much research on what is necessary to move but cannot seem to organize it all in my mind or on paper.

A few big questions.
- What type of Visa is necessary to live/work in Poland longer than 90 days?
- Where are the best places to look for jobs. I have 3 years logistics experience and a bachelors in management. I am also currently taking MBA classes.
-How did you prepare for the move? How much money was saved to make the move? Where should I start? Job first, then find everything else.. Get my Visa?

Any advice or mentorship would really be a huge help. I am really looking for someone to "hold my hand" through the process so I can ensure no stones are unturned.
