Going to Poznan in January

Hello all, this is going to be my first post on this forum, so I might be in the wrong place.

As the title says I am coming to Poznan, Poland to work for a company. They offered me 4000 gross zloty, while the offer stood on 3500. In another forum lots of people either said it was a good offer while others said it was a very bad offer. This is now making me doubt my plans and confused.

Now this is in an entry level job with good benefits, healthcare included, vouchers, free lunches, gym pass, culture pass. Also the company is renowned across the globe and would look good on my resume plus I get some international working experience as well.

What I would like to know from veterans is a general figure of the cost of living. With 4000 gross I calculated 2800 net.

I was expecting to rent a room for 1100 to 1500 furnished. 300 for gas and such, Leaving me around a 1000 zloty to spend on myself for food and such.

Is this a realistic approach, or am I counting stars?
