Quiet area near the beach in Cha-am

can anyone suggest a suitable place for us to do a long-term rental in Cha-am? We are in our late sixties, we seek a quiet place close to the beach. We are considering the Blue Lagoon,however, just realized they do not have an elevator. Naturally, we would like a lovely place, but overall, we seek QUIET,QUIET,QUIET ! thank you, John
