Looking for a place or buddy up

Hi everyone,

I posted my intro about my situation. Please take a look. I am a dual citizen (hungary/usa) with presettled status

I am right now in the USA ready to move to Anywhere in greater London or within 1 hour from London like Reading, Gravesend, Cheshunt etc.

I have a 15 yr old son.

I am having the hardest time finding anything due to my teenage son and no working history in the UK.

I am also not rich.

I have a budget of 1000 pounds a month preferably with bills included.

I'd like to be in the UK in February.

I'd love to find someone who would like to get a place with me and possibly use their credentials to be approved.

Or someone who has a place they could rent to us.

I have excellent rental history and landlord recommendations.

We are very clean and quiet people.
I have all sorts of hobbies, from outdoors to music. I am a DJ and musician, artist, health and fitness enthusiast and many more.

I'm looking into renting either 2 rooms in a place with some or rentin a 1BR or 2BR place. (if one bedroom we need a separate family room and 1 br...so we each have a room, me and my son.

So if you would like to share, or have a property for us, please message me :)

Thank you
Szilvia
