ok so after the price is ok, the owner is ok its time to pay the other fees which im not really sure what they are.

i know i need pay for the notary, he said 1,200us$?

the real estate gent asking 3.6% of the total amount(including iva), sounds good?

is it smart to make the deal with only one notary? For me and the owner together? seems to be more cheap and easy.
