Buying a new Sprinter 4x4 Van

Hi All,
I will be needing a new 4 wheel drive(factory 4x4) Sprinter 2500 van in Uruguay for my Pico-Micro Hydroelectric business. As we want to order it with numerous factory options, we wonder whether it is better/cheaper to order it in Uruguay or in the U.S. and have it shipped. Given that most hydroelectric projects will be in the rurales, 4x4 is a must for me, and I want a new vehicle.
