Summary: The cost of living in Macau is generally quite high. A nice one bedroom apartment can cost anywhere from $1,500 to $2,500 per month, while a nice two bedroom apartment can cost anywhere from $2,500 to $4,000 per month. The cost of dinner at a moderately priced restaurant can range from $20 to $50 per person.

"The cost of living in Macau is generally considered to be quite high. Prices for basic necessities such as food, housing, and transportation are all relatively expensive. Eating out can be especially costly, as Macau is known for its high-end restaurants and luxury hotels. Additionally, the cost of entertainment and leisure activities can be quite high, as Macau is a popular tourist destination," said one person in Macau.
