It’s important to factor in a variety of costs such as property taxes, insurance, and repair costs. Additionally, make sure to shop around for prices, as prices may vary significantly. Lastly, contact a real estate agent or lawyer to help you through the process and ensure your investment is sound," explained one person living in Maine.
