"In a rental property in Yerevan, tenants can typically expect to find a refrigerator, stove, oven, and washing machine. Other common appliances include a microwave, dishwasher, and air conditioning unit. Depending on the property, tenants may also find a clothes dryer, water heater, and other small appliances," remarked one expat in Yerevan.
