Research the laws and regulations regarding maternity leave and childcare in Vietnam. 5. Familiarize yourself with the cultural norms and expectations for childbirth and parenting in Vietnam. 6. Have a plan for how you will manage the language barrier, if applicable. 7. Make sure to take care of yourself during pregnancy and postpartum.
