"1. Make sure to research the different hospitals and birthing centers in the area to find the best fit for you and your family. 2. Consider hiring a doula or midwife to provide additional support during the birthing process. 3. Take advantage of the many parenting classes and support groups available in the city. 4. Make sure to apply for a Social Security number for your baby as soon as possible. 5. Take time to explore the city and find the best places to take your baby for activities and outings. 6.
