"It is important to research the medical facilities available in Suva before having a baby. Make sure to find a doctor or midwife that you trust and feel comfortable with. It is also important to be aware of the cultural norms and expectations in Fiji when it comes to childbirth and parenting. It is also a good idea to connect with other expat parents in the area to get advice and support.
