"One of the most challenging aspects of retiring in Ningbo is the language barrier. Even though English is officially recognized as a foreign language, not many people can speak it fluently. Another challenge is accessing the internet, which is heavily censored and certain websites are blocked. Additionally, the health care system in China is not at the same level as other developed countries, and medical care may not be affordable for retirees.
