There are numerous parks and recreational facilities where one can engage in various activities such as walking, jogging, cycling, or simply enjoying the beautiful scenery. Woodlands also has a number of cultural attractions. The Woodlands Regional Library, one of the largest public libraries in Singapore, offers a wide range of books and resources. The area is also home to the Singapore Discovery Centre and the Woodlands Town Garden, which showcases the rich cultural heritage of the Malay community. While Woodlands may not be as bustling as downtown Singapore, it does have its own share of shopping malls, restaurants, and cafes. Causeway Point, one of the largest shopping malls in Singapore, is located in Woodlands and offers a variety of retail and dining options. There is a growing expat community in Woodlands, largely due to the presence of several international schools in the area.
