What are healthcare services like in Iasi?
We asked retirees if they have access to good medical care in Iasi. They wrote...
"In Lasi, quality healthcare is available through a network of both public and private medical institutions. Public medical facilities include state-run hospitals and clinics, many of which are free of charge and provide services such as general practitioner visits, lab tests, screening services, vaccinations and family planning. There are also private hospitals and clinics, which provide more advanced services such as specialist and diagnostic care, as well as some of the latest medical technologies. Both public and private healthcare services are widely available, accessible and generally of a high standard," remarked another expat who made the move to Lasi, Romania.
