A reusable water bottle is also essential to stay hydrated. Pack your swimsuit and beach towel as Tela is known for its beautiful beaches. If you plan on hiking or exploring the nearby national parks, pack sturdy walking shoes and a rain jacket. Bring all necessary medications and a basic first aid kit, as certain medicines may not be readily available. Pack your important documents such as passport, driver's license, and any necessary visas or work permits. If you're planning on cooking, you might want to pack some of your favorite spices or condiments that may not be available locally. Remember to pack your electronics, including your phone, laptop, and chargers. An adapter may be necessary as the plug type in Honduras is different from many other countries.
