As of recent data, the average monthly rent for a one-bedroom apartment in the city center is approximately $700, while outside the city center it drops to around $500. If you're looking to buy an apartment in the city center, the average price per square meter is around $4,000, but it can be as low as $2,500 per square meter outside the city center," remarked another expat in Dubrovnik, Croatia.
