"As a foreigner living in Curitiba, you will have access to public healthcare through the Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). The SUS provides free healthcare services to all residents, including foreigners. However, the public healthcare system in Brazil is known for long waiting times, limited resources, and overcrowded facilities. It is recommended that foreigners also consider obtaining private health insurance for better quality care and faster access to medical services," wrote a member who made the move to Curitiba, Brazil.
