What have your experiences during the pandemic with the local healthcare system been like?

Answer this Question

When we asked expats and global nomads in Belarus about their experiences during the pandemic with the local healthcare system, they replied...

"The pandemic has had a significant impact on the healthcare system in Belarus. The government has implemented a number of measures to try to contain the spread of the virus, including restrictions on movement, the closure of schools and businesses, and the introduction of mandatory mask-wearing. Despite these measures, the healthcare system has been overwhelmed by the number of cases, leading to long waiting times for medical appointments and a shortage of medical supplies. In addition, the government has been accused of downplaying the severity of the pandemic, leading to a lack of public trust in the healthcare system," remarked another expat who made the move to Belarus.
