"Foreigners are allowed to own property in Morocco, but there are certain restrictions in place. Non-Moroccans are not allowed to own land, but they can purchase apartments, villas, and other types of real estate. In order to purchase property, foreigners must obtain a permit from the Ministry of Interior, which can take up to six months to process. Additionally, foreigners are not allowed to own more than one property in Morocco," remarked another expat in Morocco.
