I know that a few of you had comments and concerns regarding Dreamscapes of Belize. I spoke with someone from Dreamscapes today. Here's what they told me.
Things are moving along. Storm clean up is finished. Main roads are being re-established. The main electric line will soon be laid down Dreamscapes Blvd.
Deeds for purchases in Jacamer Greens are now in the process of being issued.
They have purchased an additional 186 acres to be called Jacamer Green Estates. It will contain 250 homesites and another 9-hole golf course. These lots will be 1/3 acre in size.
25 acres on the Mullins River have also been purchased. There will be 61 home sites there with boat ramps and docks. This area is 400 yds from the sea.
I was also sent a new development plan layout. Provide your email and I will send it to you.
This person stated that it would be 12-15 months before any houses could be built.
