Looking to buy property in Belize

Hi,

Long story short. I live in canada and want to buy a property in belize to live at permanently. I have enough money to buy the property im looking at outright and have enough in savings to probably last me about a year or more. The property i am looking at has 2 revenue generating cabanas in the jungle. Could someone give me a step by step breakdown of were to start. Thanks :)
