house real estate sale advice

I am selling my house in Belize. What risk are involved or should I be aware of as my real estate agent has a potential buyer that is making this offer:
Seller financed w/money down & monthly payments for 5 yrs. final payment 5yrs. titles stays in seller's name until final payment. also, buyer pays stamp tax at final payment. any advise would be appreciated.
