Relocating from NJ and searching for the perfect beach

Good day, my husband and I are wanting to move to Belize. We are from NJ and we have an 11 year old son. I have been researching mostly Ambergris Caye, Caye Caulker, Placencia and now Corozal. We are pretty quiet and laid back, in our late 30's and will either be working remotely or possibly may open a small restaurant/food truck. I currently own a Caribbean restaurant here in NJ and love to cook!

Most importantly we are in search of a safe and friendly community, either a nice school or a community of home schoolers and a super nice beach. I am very concerned about the sargassum/seaweed that I have seen in so many pictures and have read about. With that being said, where are the best places to avoid this that would offer what we are looking for?

Any help would be greatly appreciated and we cannot wait to visit Belize!
